Storage and Tasting
Champagne is sold after a long ageing period, when it is ready to be consumed. You may keep it for 3 to 5 years in a cool place away from light and at a constant temperature. The bottles must be laid down, corks must stay in contact with the wine. Champagne should be served chilled but not iced, at a temperature of 8 to 10 degrees. Excessive cold would damage the aromas of the wine.

Chardonnay : 21% 62 % of which reserve wine
It is a cuvee where the three grape varieties beautifully blend. This wine is aged for more than 5 years in the bottle. You will be thrilled by its roundness and citrus hints.
